What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of country risk analysts
- Drive the editorial and analytical strategy for the Americas country risk team
- Serve as the leading representative for BMI on Americas country risk
- Act as the primary analytical lead for a portfolio of key countries and thematic research
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of the commercial value of research and data
- Contribute to wider research projects and initiatives
What it takes
- Significant experience in country risk and economic analysis and forecasting, with a strong focus on the Americas
- Proven experience managing and developing a team of analysts
- MA/MSc in Economics or equivalent relevant work experience
- Fluent spoken and written English; Spanish proficiency an advantage
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong public speaking ability and confidence in representing BMI at industry events
