The role

The Director, Governance and Executive Operations serves as the operational lead for USA for UNHCR's board governance and executive decision-making systems. This role is responsible for simplifying board engagement, managing executive office operations, and providing strategic support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Group. The successful candidate will oversee board compliance, committee logistics, and institutional record-keeping while supervising executive support staff.
