The role
Reporting to the Managing Director, Global Development, Teach For All seeks a full-time Director, Global Development. This pivotal role will manage a dedicated portfolio of donors across portfolios, develop high-stakes communications for donors and prospects, and ensure fundraisers are equipped with the resources and systems they need to execute against their strategy.
What you'll do
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of funders across corporate, foundations, and individuals
- Develop tailored engagement strategies for existing donors
- Produce high-quality written communications for current and prospective donors
- Oversee Global Development’s data management strategy
- Support the smooth functioning of the Global Development Team by identifying areas for improvement
- Manage gift processing across portfolios and regions
