The role

Reporting to the Managing Director, Global Development, Teach For All seeks a full-time Director, Global Development. This pivotal role will manage a dedicated portfolio of donors, develop high-stakes communications for donors and prospects, and ensure fundraisers are equipped with the resources and systems they need to execute against their strategy.

What you'll do

Manage a dedicated portfolio of funders, cultivating these partnerships and developing tailored engagement strategies
Produce high-quality written communications for donors and prospects
Oversee and optimize Global Development’s data management strategy
Develop and execute project management plans for cross-portfolio donor events
Support the Global Development Team budget and track expenses
Plan and execute bi-weekly Global Development team calls

Minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising and end-to-end donor management
