The role
The Director, Flying Eye Hospital is responsible for the operational leadership and management of the FEH, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all FEH clinical training projects, Goodwill Tours, and special initiatives.
What you'll do
- Provide executive leadership for the operational delivery of the FEH
- Translate the Board-approved FEH Strategy into annual operating plans
- Lead the FEH Management Team, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Ensure effective coordination between FEH leadership and other departments
- Direct the implementation of the annual FEH operating schedule
- Oversee organizational readiness for each FEH deployment
