The role

Assists in the development of long-term facility plans, leveraging data to support decision-making, and overseeing the day-to-day activities to ensure facilities effectively support organizational goals and growth.

Direct and oversee campus interior design, furniture planning, signage, move management, and art program initiatives
Lead the development and implementation of facility planning, space utilization, and analytics strategies
Establish, maintain, and enforce campus design standards, space planning guidelines, and workplace aesthetics
Partner with leadership, departments, and vendors to support strategic planning and project execution
Identify and implement innovative processes, technologies, and best practices
Lead, coach, and develop staff through performance management, training, mentoring, and career development initiatives

What it takes

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business or related area
10+ years experience in the planning, design and administration in construction or related industry
2+ years of management and/or supervisory experience
Experience leading/ overseeing overall operations of multiple areas within Design, construction and planning or comparable function(s)
Proven experience working in a multi-functional environment
Experience with operational management, budget planning, and stakeholder and resource management
