Director, Enterprise Application Support

The role

The Director, Enterprise Application Support oversees the maintenance, availability, and optimization of all enterprise applications and intelligence systems at the University of Cincinnati Foundation. This role collaborates cross-departmentally to capture user needs, manage vendor relationships, and develop training strategies to ensure high adoption rates. The position also focuses on defining change control processes, ensuring system security, and leading the strategic roadmap for the organization's application portfolio.
