The role
The Director, Digital Fundraising is a strategic leader responsible for growing Amnesty’s digital fundraising program, focusing on supporter engagement, donor conversion, and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Lead Amnesty USA’s digital fundraising strategy across email, SMS, and web
- Develop annual revenue goals, forecasts, and growth plans
- Partner with Direct Mail, Major Gifts, Mid-Level Giving, Monthly Giving, and other fundraising teams
- Design and optimize lifecycle programs and digital supporter journeys
- Oversee digital advocacy campaigns and supporter engagement programs
- Manage and contribute to the professional development of two staff members
