The role
Shatterproof is seeking a Director, Corporate & Strategic Partnerships to grow corporate investment in their mission and build strong, long-term relationships with companies committed to addressing addiction and behavioral health.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual corporate revenue goals
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate prospects
- Manage a portfolio of current and prospective corporate partners
- Partner closely with the VP, Corporate Partnership Strategy & Impact
- Lead Development efforts to secure national and multi-year corporate sponsorship opportunities
What it takes
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate partnerships
- Demonstrated success securing and growing significant corporate partnerships
- Strong track record of building pipelines and moving prospects
- Experience managing sophisticated corporate relationships
- Strong proposal development, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
