The role

The Director, Corporate Engagement - Business Development will act as an expert salesperson to secure high-quality internship placements for Year Up United students by building partnerships with Fortune 500 corporations. The role involves managing a portfolio of target accounts, meeting aggressive sales KPIs, and serving as a mentor and coach to students within the program.   • Oversee logistics and craft account-specific playbooks for internal colleagues.
