The role
The Director, Chapter Advancement will act as a strategic advisor to chapters, strengthening their relationship with Make-A-Wish America. The role focuses on identifying and implementing strategies to enhance chapter performance, drive operational efficiency, and ensure financial growth. The incumbent will collaborate with chapter leadership and boards to align priorities, share best practices, and drive overall mission effectiveness.
