The role
Reporting to the Senior Director, Major Giving & Individual Giving, the Director, Annual Giving & Community Giving Initiatives will drive revenue growth and innovative development of BMC’s entry level individual donor population (gifts up to $25,000).
What you'll do
- Lead strategic development and growth of entry-level giving band (gifts up to $25,000)
- Implement and execute strategy to significantly increase revenue lines
- Develop meaningful KPIs for team members and revenue units
- Direct, mentor, and manage team members
- Partner with Major Gifts, Planned Giving, and Research colleagues
- Provide strong oversight for associated budgets
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 10-12 years of relevant experience
- Experience leveraging technology and information
- Experience partnering with clinical/programmatic and other internal leaders
- Deep expertise in annual giving strategies and tactics
- Strong fluency in NXT (or comparable CRM) and expertise in interpreting data
- A proven track record of achieving or surpassing goals
