The role
Job Path is seeking energetic, responsible, and creative Direct Support Professionals to support autistic people and people with developmental disabilities in various community settings in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.
What you'll do
- Provide individualized supports to connect people to their communities
- Develop connections to community organizations
- Support individuals in social situations
- Ensure clear and honest communication with supervisors
- Complete case notes, monthly summary notes, and timesheets
- Provide physical supports if necessary
