Development Specialist

The role

Eliot is seeking Development Specialists for their Early Intervention program to support children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities. The role involves performing screenings, conducting assessments, and providing community-based therapeutic interventions in home and office settings. Specialists will also coordinate services, develop treatment goals, and ensure clinical documentation complies with organizational and state standards. This position focuses on collaborative coaching with parents and caregivers to foster child development.
