Development Specialist

The role

The Development Specialist will lead the creation and implementation of annual fundraising strategic plans to support World Relief Durham's refugee and immigrant programs. This role involves cultivating relationships with donors, churches, and foundations, while supervising a fundraising team to meet organizational goals. The position requires a self-starter with strong communication skills to manage donor portfolios, oversee grant writing, and coordinate fundraising events.
