What you'll do
- Process philanthropic gifts and pledges accurately and promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor information in Salesforce
- Generate recurring and ad hoc fundraising reports
- Support the Development team with administrative event and campaign needs
- Provide administrative support for department-wide projects and activities
What it takes
- 1-4 years of experience in nonprofit administration, development operations, fundraising administration, database management, customer service, or a related role
- Experience working regularly in a CRM or database environment; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy
- Strong customer-service orientation and genuine enjoyment of supporting colleagues and responding to requests thoughtfully and efficiently
- Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and other common office and productivity tools and ability to learn and work within fundraising and technology platforms such as Salesforce and GoFundMe Pro
