The role
At Habitat for Humanity International, you will play a critical role in advancing the global mission by building meaningful relationships with philanthropists and inspiring transformational investments that create lasting impact for families and communities worldwide.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-net-worth individuals
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 to 150 qualified donor and prospect relationships
- Meet or exceed annual fundraising and revenue goals
- Develop and implement solicitation strategies for major gifts
- Maintain accurate donor information and activity tracking through CRM systems
- Collaborate with board members, executives, donors, and cross-functional teams
