The role

The Development Director at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) oversees resource mobilization efforts and donor relations in support of the organization's mission.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement an annual fundraising plan
  • Cultivate national partnerships from companies and foundations
  • Support local high-value donor qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
  • Oversee the preparation of letters of inquiry, proposals, budgets, and reports to local foundations
  • Organize annual fundraisers and other special events
  • Serve as a focal point and liaison for Sacramento-Turlock to HQ fundraising teams
