Development Associate

The role

A More Perfect Union is seeking a Development Associate to support their growing fundraising program. The role involves maintaining development operations, managing systems, and coordinating grant proposals and donor relationships.

What you'll do

• Maintain all Development operations and systems
• Create and maintain accurate donor, prospect, and grant records
• Coordinate grant proposals and funder reporting
• Support management of key donor relationships
• Collaborate with the Programs and Operations team
• Provide additional operational and administrative support

What it takes

• At least 1-2 years of experience in development, nonprofit operations, project management, grants administration, fundraising, or other relevant professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and manage sensitive information
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
