The role
The Obama Foundation is seeking a Development Analyst, West to provide administrative and support services for the West Coast regional team, focusing on project management, donor correspondence, and CRM data entry.
What you'll do
- Draft, edit, and submit error-free briefing materials for external donor meetings.
- Lead trip coordination for Presidential and ELT swings to the West coast region.
- Accurately and promptly enter the regional teams’ data into Salesforce.
- Draft meeting requests, thank-you notes, etc. to donors on behalf of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) surrogates.
- Assist in maintaining, improving, or designing new internal department processes.
- Manage/schedule team meetings, draft agendas and disseminate to the appropriate team members before the meeting.
