What you'll do

- Support system security measures including antivirus and patch management.

What it takes
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Desktop Technician in a Windows-based environment.
- At least 1 year of experience with desktop management and remote tools like InTune.
- Experience with enterprise help desk ticketing systems for at least 3 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT preferred.
- Ability to meet Los Angeles County background check requirements via Live Scan.
