The role
The deputy general coordinator for support services oversees the overall strategy and compliance, through the management of logistics, human resources (HR) and finance departments in the Médecins du Monde Palestine mission.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic oversight for support services
- Ensure support services planning is aligned with coordination and field needs
- Support program teams by clarifying support-related constraints
- Contribute to donor engagement, fundraising efforts, and coordination with other MdM chapters
- Guarantee quality, compliance, and legal integrity of all support functions
- Manage and strengthen support teams through recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, coaching, capacity-building, and improving team dynamics
