The role

The Deputy Field Coordinator for Programs will be responsible for monitoring the effective implementation of programs, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and representing PUI in technical forums and coordination meetings.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Development, follow-up of operations and reporting
  • MEAL: Coordinate the MEAL department and ensure the implementation of activities
  • Representation: Participate in technical forums and coordination meetings
  • Human Resources: Supervise project managers and provide capacity building
  • Logistics and Administration: Support project managers in logistical and administrative tasks
  • Ensure contractual obligations are respected and coordinate report writing

What it takes

  • Master's degree in a field related to project management, international development and/or social sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and/or monitoring
  • At least 2 years as a humanitarian project manager
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to make decisions, analyze, and synthesize
  • Good communicator, both in writing and orally
