The role
The Deputy Director, Strategy, Planning, and Management (DDSPM) is responsible for leading the strategic and operational execution of the U.S. Program's initiatives. The role involves overseeing business processes, including annual planning, budgeting, portfolio management, and cross-organizational strategy coordination. Additionally, the DDSPM manages talent, fosters an inclusive culture, and provides advisory support to program teams to drive equity in postsecondary education.
