The role
The DEI Learning & Engagement Consultant will support the design, development, facilitation, and delivery of learning and engagement initiatives for the American Cancer Society's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.
What you'll do
- Support the design, development, facilitation, and coordination of DEI and leadership development training and learning experiences
- Co-facilitate and support delivery of enterprise training, workshops, EEG programming, and engagement sessions
- Provide virtual production and logistical support for Employee Engagement Group (EEG) calls, enterprise training, workshops, and engagement events
What it takes
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, employee engagement, communications, or DEI-related initiatives
- Proficient knowledge of adult learning theory, professional development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, program design, instructional design and evaluation methodology
- Strong written communication, presentation development, and organizational skills
