The role

The Dean of Students at KIPP SoCal serves as a key member of the school leadership team, responsible for driving both academic and character outcomes. This role involves providing high-quality instructional coaching to teachers, leading data-driven instruction, and managing school-wide operations and culture. The Dean works in collaboration with the school leader to execute the organization's mission of preparing students for college and future success.
