The Dean of Student Life serves as a vital member of the school leadership team, responsible for cultivating a positive, restorative, and achievement-oriented school culture. This role involves overseeing social-emotional curriculum, coaching teachers, analyzing student data, and partnering with families to ensure comprehensive student support. The position requires a leader dedicated to anti-racism and excellence, tasked with fostering an environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
