The role

The Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) at UHN is seeking a Data Scientist to develop and deploy machine learning and AI models to accelerate drug discovery. The role involves building end-to-end ML pipelines for high-dimensional biomedical datasets, such as DNA-Encoded Library screens, to optimize drug candidates for challenging protein targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural biologists and bioinformaticians, to translate complex scientific questions into robust predictive solutions.
