The Data Science Intern will join the Workforce Intelligence & Strategy Unit at Doctors Without Borders (MSF) USA to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights. During this six-month internship, you will develop interactive Power BI dashboards, improve data quality, and support evidence-based decision-making for People & Culture leadership. - Resolve data quality issues across HRIS and recruitment datasets.
- Develop and document data models and DAX measures for reporting.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Demonstrated experience building Power BI dashboards.
- Strong foundation in statistical methods such as regression and hypothesis testing.
