The Data Science Intern will join MSF-USA’s Workforce Intelligence & Strategy Unit to transform workforce data into actionable insights. The intern will design interactive Power BI dashboards, resolve data quality issues, and develop data models to support evidence-based decision-making. What you'll do
- Design and deliver at least one interactive Power BI dashboard.

- Produce clear visual summaries for People & Culture leadership.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience building Power BI dashboards.
- Strong analytical and statistical foundation.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
