The role

The incumbent will be responsible for collecting field immunization data, verifying its accuracy, compiling monthly reports, and submitting them to the EPI Department and the INTERSOS Health and MEAL teams in Maiduguri.

What you'll do

Receive and distribute EPI registers, tally sheets, and other reporting tools to health facilities and mobile clinics
Train field vaccinators, outreach teams, and community health workers/volunteers
Support the development of micro-plans based on catchment population data
Compile and report routine immunization and nOPV2 vaccination coverage data
Support data extraction and report generation
Conduct regular field visits to ensure data collection and reporting standards

What it takes

Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Public Health, Health information management, Statistics, Nursing or equivalent
At least 6 months of previous work experience in a data-management role in NGO
Able to learn and use software for recording
Essential computer literacy (word, excel)
