Data Entry

The role

The employee will be responsible for entering data and database management, including data entry, checking, analysis, and cleaning, as well as maintaining confidentiality and managing the archive.

What you'll do

• Enter data from paper documents and changing to inputs
• Check data before entering it
• Correct errors in the database if any
• Data analysis and cleaning
• Ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and data protect procedures
• Perform tasks that may be required by the line manager

What it takes

• Degree Bachelor (at least university degree) in computer sciences
• Core Competencies: Communication, Teamwork, Planning and organizing, Accountability, Creativity, Client Orientation, Commitment to Continuous Learning, Technological Awareness
• Supervisor/Managerial Competencies: Leadership, Building Trust, Vision, Managing Performance, Empowering Others, Judgment/Decision-making
• Technical Competencies: Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.)
