The role
IDB Invest is seeking an intern to assist in developing data-driven solutions for portfolio management, including improving Power BI and Tableau dashboards, supporting data source mapping, and enhancing portfolio monitoring dashboards.
What you'll do
- Help develop data-driven solutions to improve portfolio monitoring and efficiency
- Support the identification, mapping, and integration of key data sources
- Support the development and maintenance of centralized portfolio monitoring dashboards
- Support the mapping of key portfolio management processes to identify opportunities for improvement
What it takes
- Active graduate student in computer science, data science, industrial engineering or similar
- Fluency in English with a working knowledge of one other Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus
- Result-driven, collaborative, innovative, client-oriented, strong communicator, self-motivated, eager to learn, and excellent time management
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and large datasets
- Experience/expertise in dashboard design and KPI development
- Minimum of 50% of coursework completed when applying
