- Serve as Patrons Circle Concierge
- Oversee Patron Services Outlook inbox and phone line
- Process payments and create/update records
- Coordinate with Membership Patron team on marketing initiatives
- Support Institutional Advancement fulfillment operations
What it takes
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Experience in fundraising and/or arts institutions
- Thorough knowledge of fundraising databases, Tessitura preferred
- Ability to interact with the public and staff positively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
