The role

The Culture Assistant supports the school culture team at Mastery Schools by maintaining high expectations for student behavior and fostering a structured, positive environment. This part-time role involves assisting with student transitions, behavioral interventions, and daily school routines to ensure academic and social-emotional success. The assistant works closely with staff to monitor safety, manage records, and communicate effectively with families regarding student development.
