What it takes

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in human rights, gender studies, international relations, or law.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience, including 2 years in conflict or post-conflict settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating inter-agency coordination related to CRSV, GBV, or peacebuilding.
  • Proven experience providing technical advice to senior leadership within the UN common system.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic or French is highly desirable.
