The role
The CRM Manager will lead the strategic development, optimisation, and ownership of the charity's Salesforce-based CRM system, ensuring it supports and advances the charity’s business strategy, operational priorities, and mission.
What you'll do
- Act as the internal lead for the Salesforce CRM
- Proactively identify and resolve system inefficiencies
- Continually review organisational processes
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new and existing users
- Oversee the administration and ongoing management of the organisation’s form builder platform
- Manage relationships with our external Salesforce implementation partner
