The role
Per Scholas is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Learning Specialist to support the lead instructor in delivering instructor-led training for students preparing for careers as Critical Facilities Technicians/Engineers in data center environments.
What you'll do
- Assist in daily instruction and assessment administration
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and monitor student progress
- Enforce safety practices during hands-on lab exercises
- Evaluate student troubleshooting performance

- Contribute to curriculum development and evaluation
What it takes
- 2-5 years of experience in data centers as a Critical Facility Engineer/Technician
