Crisis Family Partner - CSA

The role

Eliot is seeking a compassionate Crisis Family Partner to support children, youth, and families by navigating behavioral health systems and community resources. The role involves working closely with the Community Behavioral Health Center’s Mobile Crisis Intervention team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Candidates will provide education, advocacy, and coaching to caregivers to foster empowerment and effective service utilization.
