Endeavor Health Services is seeking a full-time Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) to provide direct clinical care, assessments, and recovery support for individuals with substance use disorders.
What you'll do
- Conduct pre-admission screenings and determine appropriate level of care
- Complete substance use disorder assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Deliver person-centered, strengths-based, and harm reduction care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
