The role
Develop complex creative concepts and designs for marketing collateral, digital and social advertising for external and internal audiences, generating support for the American Red Cross mission through blood donations.
What you'll do
- Create innovative design solutions including graphics and/or environments for key brand visual assets.
- Responsible for the layout, design, and production activities to produce quality complex graphic-design artwork.
- Work in collaboration with project team members to ensure client expectations and engagement requirements are met.
- Communicate with vendors and external consultants.

- Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- HTML coding experience along with CSS, MAC OS, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Creative Suite (specific proficiency in Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and After Effects)
