Coverage Specialist

The role

KIPP Baltimore is seeking a Coverage Specialist to support their network of college-preparatory public charter schools. The role involves delivering instruction based on teacher plans, maintaining a safe classroom culture, and supporting students during transitions. When not actively covering a class, the specialist will participate in planning meetings, professional development, and school duty assignments. This position requires a commitment to KIPP’s mission of academic excellence and supporting student pathways to success.
