The role
IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a Country Representative to lead their mission in Ethiopia, focusing on strategic leadership, program management, and fundraising.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute an up-to-date Country Strategy
- Oversee programme planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Facilitate coordination between IMPACT and partner organizations
- Identify and secure funding opportunities
- Support the Operations Managers and Project Development and Partnership Officers
- Ensure regular coordination with Acted's project development and FLATS departments
What it takes
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in a senior management role in an INGO at field level
- Familiarity with the aid system and research community
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in assessments, M&E, field research, evaluations
