The role
350.org is seeking a Country Manager, US with expertise in communications, digital organizing, and fundraising to lead national program strategies and grow the organization's influence, income, and impact in the US.
What you'll do
- Develop and support the implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to grow US work
- Support the US Campaigner to develop national campaign opportunities
- Partner with fundraising teams to ensure US program strategies are clearly articulated for fundraising
- Provide programmatic input into fundraising proposals and donor presentations
- Ensure program strategies are translated into clear narratives for donor audiences
- Work closely with global digital engagement and fundraising teams to grow US supporter base

- At least three years of experience in people management and teamwork
