The role
The Corporate Innovation Specialist will support the design and implementation of innovation activities and training programs, coaching project teams, and enhancing engagement and outreach through communication and outreach strategies.
What you'll do
- Support the design and implementation of innovation activities and training programs
- Coach project teams in applying Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methodologies

- Develop and maintain a knowledge management system
What it takes
- University degree in Innovation, Economics, Information Technology, Communications, or related field
- Certificate course/Master's in Innovation methodologies and approaches
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the corporate innovation field
- Proven experience in organizing innovation events and/or training programs
- Experience in implementing/supporting the implementation of design thinking and human centered methodologies
