The role
The role involves managing cases, providing support, and ensuring the implementation of the Mechanism for Protecting Humanitarian Workers, including coordination with local partners and the development of tools and procedures.
What you'll do
- Assure l'instruction, l'analyse et la coordination des demandes de soutien
- Assure le suivi des cas et des subventions de protection
- Suivre la mise en oeuvre des plans de soutien et adapter les réponses lorsque nécessaire
- Co-coordonner le groupe de travail technique
- Développer et actualiser les outils, guides, protocoles et ressources techniques en matière de protection
- Fournir un appui technique aux équipes, partenaires et autres parties prenantes
What it takes
- Master's degree in international law, social sciences, international relations or related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in case management and working with vulnerable families, civil society organizations, communities and individuals
- Strong understanding of protection principles and survivor-centered approaches
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Autonomy and strong proposal, innovation, and adaptability to evolving contexts
