The role
Coordinateur/Coordinatrice logistique itinérant·e en RDC, 100 %, based in Goma, with frequent travel to Ituri, Nord-Kivu, and Sud-Kivu, for a 6-month contract starting 15 October 2026.
What you'll do
- Provide cross-functional support, quality control, and capacity building to logistics teams
- Supervise the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory, transportation, and deliveries
- Ensure the sustainable management of IT equipment, communication solutions, and energy supplies
- Supervise and mentor logistics teams based in Goma and at various intervention sites
- Evaluate the quality of logistics management and the application of procedures
- Prepare teams for internal and external audits and follow up on the implementation of recommendations
What it takes
- Higher education or specialization in logistics
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the humanitarian sector in volatile security contexts
- Proven experience in field logistics management
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and capacity building of national teams
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate the level of understanding and application of procedures, identify gaps, and support corrective measures
- Experience in internal audits, compliance, quality control, or logistics procedures review is an asset
