The role

- Coordinate project-specific title policies and endorsements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Construction experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures, bidding processes, contract terminology, liens, and invoicing
