The role
The Content Creation Manager, Prayer Mobilization at International Justice Mission (IJM) will develop strategies to deepen prayer support for the mission, manage content pipelines, and create spiritual formation resources.
What you'll do
- Develop enterprise strategies to deepen and expand prayer support for the mission
- Partner with program leaders to develop and refine messaging for the Global Prayer Gathering
- Conduct assessment across teams to identify needs and opportunities for spiritual formation content
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Development teams to integrate prayer invitations into donor acquisition
- Cultivate and steward strategic external prayer network partnerships
