The role

The IDB is seeking a consultant to provide expert advisory services for the structuring and management of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. The role involves supporting the project lifecycle from conception to commercial closure, managing financial and technical risks, and coordinating between external advisors and government entities. The consultant will also assist in operating the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring compliance with IDB and governmental regulatory frameworks. This position focuses on infrastructure and energy sector projects across Latin America and the Caribbean.
