The role
A consultor de comunicação experiente será responsável por apoiar a Representação do BID no Brasil na produção de conteúdo corporativo e editorial, bem como nos esforços de posicionamento institucional.
What you'll do
- Assist in the formulation and execution of internal and external communication strategies
- Support sectoral experts and coordinate with communication teams
- Develop and maintain proactive and reactive relationships with Brazilian media
- Elaborate press releases, briefings, speeches, and other communication materials in Portuguese
- Support the management of the BID's institutional presence
- Contribute to internal engagement initiatives and strengthen BID's relationships with key public, private, media, and civil society actors
What it takes
- Master's degree in Communication or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in journalism or communication
- Excellent knowledge of the national political, legislative, and economic context
- Experience and versatility in journalistic and content marketing writing
- Basic knowledge of design and proficiency in image editing tools
- Fluency in Portuguese and one of the other official languages of the bank (Spanish and/or English)
